thirties – Arbitrary Simplicity

to me! That’s right, my year of being the big 3-0 is now behind me. On to 31! It’s been a busy day but before I get into all of that, I just have to say THANK YOU!! I have felt so loved today, words cannot begin to describe how much the calls, texts, messages, posts, and simple gifts have meant to me. I am so blessed to know each and every one of you who took time out of your day to wish me a happy birthday. You rock!

A huge birthday shout out to Lauren, my Dec. 11th “birthday sister”. I hope your day has been super amazing and full of all things cat related. 🙂

Here’s how my busy birthday was spent, I wouldn’t have had it any other way. Work, Christmas luncheon for work, picking up mini from school, going to Snip Its for her haircut only to realize they had closed, going to my mom’s house and playing hairdresser (those couple of years in Cosmetology school paid off), going to practice, grabbing a quick bite to eat, back home to work. Then I was showered with many special gifts, I’m so thankful!!

Here’s to a year I hope to grow stronger in faith, develop a greater relationship with Christ, be the mom the Lord created me to be, and remain healthy and happy. So many things I could say but those are the things I want the most out of my 31st year of life. Each day is a blessing and I pray I’ll make it incredible and see 32!
